SERVICE AGREEMENT
Please review the following terms of our service agreement.
Termination of Services: Services may be terminated by either party for any reason. Please kindly give 24 hours' notice for all canceled appointments.
Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you notify us of a cancellation more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment there is no cancellation fee. If you notify us less than 24 hours ahead of your appointment you will be charged half of your expected service fee.
Payment: At Neat Home Cleaning we only accept credit card payments. During our initial consultation, and before we clean your home for the first time, we will require having a credit card on file. Your card on file will be charged after your cleaning has been completed.
Rate Changes: Neat Home Cleaning reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the amount of time it takes to perform our services to meet the client's standards. We monitor the actual cleaning time for the initial 1-2 months of service and occasionally thereafter. We will always contact the client and discuss the possible price change before it will go into effect.
Lock Out Policy: Please be sure we can enter your home, either by providing us with a key, a code, or leaving a door unlocked. If we arrive for a scheduled service and are unable to access your home a $80 lock out fee will be charged and will need to be paid before the next scheduled cleaning or added to the next cleaning payment.
Home Expectations: You should prepare for your cleaning by having your home de-cluttered before our team’s arrival. A general rule of thumb is it should take no more than 2 minutes for our cleaning professionals to de-clutter a room before their cleaning begins.
Cleaner Safety: Neat Home Cleaning reserves the right to remove its cleaners from your home should the environment become unsafe, our cancellation policy will apply. We also reserve the right to refuse you service if we encounter anything that may endanger our cleaning professionals. This includes but is not limited to: mold, hoarding, abnormal buildup, etc.
Vacuum Policy: We do not use our own vacuum when cleaning your home because of the risk of contamination and spread of allergens. An example of this is pet hair. If someone in your house is allergic to cats and we previously cleaned a home that had cats, we would be contaminating your home by using our vacuum. Even after a thorough cleaning, microscopic contaminates are still left behind from vacuums. Because we know allergies are such an important health concern, we will use your vacuum to prevent this.
